Hisense Group – Announcement for Tender of Booth Design and Construction for the 134th Canton Fair

Dear Exhibition Companies,

Hello!

Hisense will participate in the 134th Canton Fair with its full range of black and white goods, including televisions, laser TVs, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, washing machines, kitchen appliances, and more.

To ensure the best exhibition results and uphold the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, Hisense hereby invites exhibition companies to participate in the booth design service provider selection process. Hisense will choose the most outstanding proposal and establish comprehensive cooperation with the selected supplier.

Procurement Overview and Requirements

1. Booth Location and Area

• Location: Area A, Canton Fair Complex, Booth 3.2C21-61
• Estimated Area: 369 square meters (15m × 24.6m)
• Final booth layout will be subject to the official floor plan published on the Canton Fair website.
• Budget: RMB 2,500 per square meter
• A two-story booth design is required.

2. Scope of Services

The successful supplier will be responsible for the design and construction of the Hisense booth for the 2023 Autumn Canton Fair, including:

• Concept and booth design
• Booth production and construction
• Installation and dismantling
• Project management
• Product empty-box storage
• Other related exhibition services

3. Participation Requirements

Companies interested in participating in this procurement should, before 18:00 on August 10, 2023, send:

• A scanned copy of the company business license
• The completed “Hisense Group 134th Canton Fair Project Service Procurement Information Invitation Letter”
